The ‘29 Yates Project
Sitting next to our other Yin-Yang series, the Yates double duplex project takes a previous single family lot and infills it with smart-home centric duplex models, optimizing space, comfort, and affordability. As part of Denver Development Group’s mission to modernize the urban areas surrounding Denver, the Yates Double Duplex serves as a perfect concept to help the Highlands deal with its population influx while also delivering a comfortable modern home to young professionals. We look forward to the full launch of our next set of Yin Yang double duplexes in the West Colfax neighborhood.
